Inviting many clients in batched invitations

If you want to create a multi-use invitation link (that's an invitation link =you can share with a large group of people), check out our full guide for that here.

But if you have many clients to onboard together in a batch, you can use the invitation batches feature.

1. Go to Account Settings > Invitations > "Invitation Batches"
2. Input up to 30 client email addresses, separated by a comma.
3. Configure the final destination for all of the invitations in this batch.
4. Configure the onboarding steps, which all of these invitees will go through when they each click their invitation link.
5. Override the default email content in one of 2 places:
   1. In the invitation batch settings. Any custom content you add here will be applied to all invitations that are sent via this batch.
   2. On individual invitations, when sending them one-by-one.

Notes on sending invitations batches

• You have the option to send each invitation individually, either by viewing it within the list of invitations in this batch, or clicking over to this invitation's view in your main invitations page.
• When you send the batch of invitations, it will only send invitations that have not been marked as sent before. Meaning, if a single invitation in this batch was already manually sent earlier, when you run this invitation's batch send, it will not send a 2nd email to that same person (but you can re-send a single invitation manually, if you want).
